Here's the most important doctrine in our constitution which actually doesn't exist.

You might say, Our Founding Fathers forgot to include the most vital liberties.

Let's introduce a new Amendment, which should come before all others.

We're already aware of 'Free Speech' and 'Media',
but there's something far more profound.

a grande theory:
People should be given the fundamental option to completely Ignore the consensus.
-----It's a simple ideal: "Liberty without influence".

Sadly, we are currently required to knowledge mainstream ideas.
Although the constitution guarantees "freedom of the press",
it doesn't account for those who prefer a differing viewpoint.

All too often, outspoken individuals try forcing their viewpoint upon others.
And, we're supposed to accept these terms.

We're quite familiar with the concept of 'free-speech'.
But, in all honesty, this idea is often abused.
Yet nobody offers us the option of dismissing these common threads.
If you look at Public Figures in the media,
they (and they alone) decide which daily topics will be discussed at the dinner table.
And we're all expected to follow their thinking.

-------But alternatives should exist.
For those who don't conform.
This doesn't merely suggest that we should be allowed to disagree with someone.
But more importantly, We should be able to dismiss it's validity altogether.

Let's suppose: a news-reporter asks your viewpoint on "the latest issue".
Many times, there seems to be no recognizable logic to it all.
therefore, we shouldn't be forced to take any position.

additionally:

------Reserve the right to avoid lectures and mandatory seminars.

------Nor shall anyone be compliant merely because an issue is widely discussed.

------ Also recognize:
a privileged few are empowered with the tool of free-speech.
While receiving no opposition.
And, since their viewpoint is widely publicized,
it gains validity.

- .....Unfortunately,
A select few are given unlimited speech,
which ultimately decides each day's topic.

....while the viewer is given little choice.

Although we're guaranteed the option to disagree,
...people should be given the right to back-out, altogether.

Whenever issues abound,
bystanders needn't listen.
There are times when the source should be completely disregarded.
Yet, this basic ideal was overlooked by the constitution.
